Volodymyr Kovalov

Volodymyr Kovalov, began his artistic education at the Kharkiv Art College and later graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts in 2010 with a specialization in easel painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts.

For him, painting is more than just a creative process, it is a way of seeing the world. He draws inspiration from the world around him, finding inspiration in things we often overlook – ripe fruits, fresh vegetables, delicate flowers and worn household items. These everyday objects, which can be found in almost any home, become the basis of his compositions, filled with warmth and nostalgia. 

A key characteristic of Kovalov’s style is his masterful use of color. His expressive brushwork combined with a bold color palette creates paintings that feel alive – full of warmth, energy and emotion.
