Bouquet Of Lilacs
Request a Print Option
Description
A big bouquet of purple, lilac and white lilac in a pale vase, with sprigs lying on a gray table.
Cool color all the way through: violet, lavender, blue, gray. Yampolskaia paints the tiny florets as dense clusters of dots and the leaves as angular strokes of blue and teal, so the surface looks almost like fabric. Acrylic on canvas, 60 × 60 cm. You can practically smell it.
