Description

Sunrise over the Dead Sea, as Sviatoslav Barabash saw it. A small salt island with dry trees sits in the middle of milky turquoise water, mountains on the horizon, golden clouds streaking the sky.

Anyone who has been there knows that color: the water is not quite blue and not quite green, and the salt is blinding white. The clouds and reflections all point to the island.
