Morning Walk

Description
A mother in a feathered hat and long patterned coat walks with her small son and a white dog. The boy looks up at a little ball floating in the pale sky.
The tall, narrow canvas, the soft blue and sand colors and the fine circular lines drawn around the figures give the scene an airy, slightly theatrical mood. Matsegora's people, in oil as in everything she paints, are always a little doll-like. A gentle family picture, and a nice present for a mother or grandmother.
