Alexander Tyunkin
Alexander Tyunkin was born in 1986 in Melitopol. In 2006, he graduated from the Stavropol Art School with a degree in easel painting, and in 2012, he received a diploma from the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts with a degree in monumental painting. Since 2012, Alexander has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
As a versatile artist, Alexander works in various genres, including narrative paintings, landscapes, portraits, and still lifes. His works are characterized by a light color palette that features bright, vibrant shades. The landscapes he creates are permeated with light and air, demonstrating lively and realistic lighting that conveys the essence of the scene through carefully selected details, expressive shadows, and reflections. He often chooses simple motifs that he transforms into captivating paintings.
Executed at a high professional level, Alexander Tyunkin's paintings subtly convey the mood of nature and the artist himself, leaving connoisseurs of modern painting indifferent.
An active participant in national, regional and international exhibitions, Alexander’s works are in private collections in Israel, Ukraine and abroad.
