Yellow Tulips

Bright yellow double tulips with thin red streaks in a tall stemmed glass, two cut tulips lying on a white cloth, against a warm brown-gray wall.

The lemon yellow glows against the muted background, and the crisp folds of the tablecloth add freshness. Double tulips look almost like peonies, and Volkov models them carefully. A sunny oil painting for a kitchen or a dining room.
